Rush Limbaugh mentioned this last Friday. He said:
All right, no surprise here, folks. “A federal judge in Chicago has refused to issue a subpoena for President Barack Obama to testify at former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s political corruption trial. The judge, James Zagel, ruled that lawyers for Blagojevich had not produced sufficient evidence that Obama would have anything material to say on the witness stand.” That’s probably true, no matter what the subject. But still, it’s a sad day for Blago. This isn’t going to end well for him. He’s up against the regime. He’s got not a prayer.
It just keeps getting better and better.

Obama has been subpoenaed in the Rod “Senate Seats for Sale” Blagojevich trial. But somewhere an IT has his head on the chopping block, because the redacted subpoena released online was anything but. A simple copy-paste managed to uncover that which was supposed to be blacked out. Oopsy!
Read up here, here, and here for more details.
BTW, remember back on Dec 9, 2008, when BigO was all, “I have not been in contact with that man. Rod Blagojevich.” Guess again! One of the allegations in the non-redacted redacted subpoena – BigO called Blago on Dec 1, 2008.

There’s all kinds of other goodies in the non-redacted redacted subpoena, like information on ties and possible election law violations invovling BigO and Tony Resko. There are allegations that BigO was totally informed and involved in the selection of his replacement, and somehow Rahm “The Ballerina” Emmanuel is involved in all this too. Seriously. Sounds to me like Blago is refusing to be the fall guy here.
Buckle up kiddos. This is gonna be a bumpy ride.
