Backsliding anyone?
It’s official… I’ve been out of the habit for far to long. I’m up to 165 this AM. Which is not bad, but my goal is 160, and I was all the way to 162! So after basically two months of vacation from watching what I ate, I’ve started to put the weight back on… So here I sit, just after 7am, and I’ve already finished one cup of water. I will have my hot chocolate when the kids wake up (oughta be anytime in the next hour) and hopefully I can get back on track…
As far as my Tae Bo goes, I took measurements of my body the first week, and the 3rd week, and there are some definite changes. I’ll have to pull it up on www.mybodycomp.com and re-measure today also so I can get a better idea of what my calorie intake should be….
But on the bright side…. I haven’t had a reeces PB cup in almost two weeks! *S*
